Mimosa is more than an album. It is a tribute to my mother, Awilda, whose nickname was Mimosa. The photograph on the cover was taken when I was twelve years old and serves as a reminder that while people leave us, their stories do not have to.

Created independently through Stay Home Dad LLC, this project honors my mother’s legacy, entrepreneurial spirit, and the values she passed down to me. Through music, artwork, videos, and storytelling, Mimosa celebrates family, culture, resilience, and the people whose sacrifices continue to shape our lives long after they are gone.
